& Inclusion
FCP is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity of backgrounds and thought. We recognize that achieving this goal requires deliberate action.
Investing in neighborhoods around our communities
One of our key investment strategies at FCP is preserving moderate-income housing, an important social need amid America’s affordable housing crisis. Our employee-led FCP SERVES program is dedicated to the residents in our workforce housing communities, preserving and optimizing these communities to improve residents’ quality of life.
Our FCP team members participate in multiple volunteer events annually including: • Build days • FCP paid volunteer time • Toy, food and clothing drives
