In March 2024, FCP hosted this year's Project Destined student group, as well as other Project Destined area students, at our headquarters office. A tour to Washington, DC's Woodley Park neighborhood gave context to the asset that is being studied, followed by lunch and an underwriting workshop. FCP is proud to be a Project Destined sponsor since 2021.
