Sam Tricoli is a member of FCP’s Asset Management team and is responsible for the execution of business plans and operational strategies for FCP’s investments across Texas. Prior to joining FCP, Sam served as Director of Asset Management at Bonaventure where she oversaw operational and financial performance for both the Senior Living portfolio and multifamily assets. Prior to joining Bonaventure, she spent nearly 10 years in the senior living industry with a focus on sales and operations. Sam holds a business degree from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics.
