Evan J. Warshauer is counsel for FCP and is responsible for overseeing litigation and managing risk across FCP’s portfolio.
Prior to joining FCP, Evan worked at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP as a member of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Team and represented policyholders in a wide range of coverage disputes against their carriers. Before Hunton, Evan worked as an associate for Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, defending premises liability, negligent security, construction defect, and other claims.
Evan received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University before graduating with honors from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. After finishing law school, Evan clerked for the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
