Ben Kase is responsible for underwriting and closing multifamily development investments across the firm’s footprint, and sourcing ground-up development opportunities in Texas. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Kase was with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital where he was a member of the asset management team. Mr. Kase graduated from Davidson College with a BA in Economics.
