Erik Weinberg is a senior advisor to FCP. Erik is the founder of Montclif and supports FCP’s commercial business, including strategic planning, oversight of acquisitions, business-plan execution, financing and disposition. Mr. Weinberg is also a member of the firm’s executive and management committees. Since joining FCP in 2012, he has led the execution of 4.7 million square feet across $1.7 billion of asset value.

Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Weinberg worked at CW Capital, where he was responsible for negotiating, modeling, and closing workouts and dispositions of distressed commercial mortgage loans and properties aggregating in excess of $3 billion. Prior to joining CW Capital, Mr. Weinberg worked within the Capital Markets Group at Cassidy Turley, a predecessor of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Weinberg began his career in management consulting at BearingPoint, Inc. Mr. Weinberg graduated as an academic All-American from the University of Maryland with a double major in Finance and Accounting. Erik is an active member of ULI and serves on the Office Development Council.
