As Human Resources Manager, Jasmine Walker partners with management to provide strategic and tactical human resources support and guidance. She oversees key functions and initiatives, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, and occupational health and safety.
Prior to joining FCP, Jasmine served as an HR Business Partner at APCO Worldwide, where she partnered with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and provided data-driven guidance on workforce planning and talent decisions. Her previous experience also includes roles as Senior HR Generalist at DGA–Albright Stonebridge Group, HR Generalist at JMA Solutions, and Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions.
Jasmine graduated with honors from Howard University with a BA and earned an MA in Human Resources Management from The Catholic University of America.
