In 2025, FCP once again partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, sponsoring this year's efforts as a Bronze Hammer partner. Earlier this month, seven volunteers from FCP headed to a Constitution Avenue (DC) home, assisting with work painting the kitchen and bedrooms and completing improvements to the patio. On October 16th, FCP attended the 35th Anniversary Celebration Gala, joining the community in celebrating Habitat's decades of success in building, preserving, and sustaining affordable homeownership across the DC metro region.
