Westside Paper Continues Leasing Momentum with New Showroom, Restaurant Opening and Workplace Enhancements

Atlanta (August 5, 2026) — Westside Paper, the 15-acre adaptive reuse mixed-use destination along the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Spur in West Midtown, continues to build on its repositioning with a series of new leasing, retail and amenity announcements that reflect the property’s evolution into one of Atlanta’s most active mixed-use destinations.

The latest activity includes a new 10-year, 16,000-square-foot showroom lease with OFS, the family-owned contract furniture manufacturer known for creating workplace, healthcare and education environments worldwide; the July 24 opening of Omma, the highly anticipated restaurant from the acclaimed MidCity team; construction of five move-in-ready “Town Hall” office suites that will deliver this fall; and a major investment by Padel Haus, which is enclosing its six-court facility to create year-round indoor play.

The announcements continue the momentum behind the property’s repositioning strategy led by Westbridge and FCP®, working alongside JLL and Bridger Properties, to transform Westside Paper into a destination where curated retail, food and beverage offerings and wellness amenities are helping drive demand for office space.

“The addition of the OFS showroom on the 4th floor, the opening of Omma, and our new amenitized Town Hall office suites all reinforce our vision of creating a place where people want to spend time, whether they’re coming to work, meeting clients, enjoying a meal or being active,” said Sarah Hubbard, partner with Westbridge. “As the ground-floor experience continues to evolve, we’re seeing that translate directly into leasing activity and long-term tenant demand fueled by an abundance of surface parking.”

The new OFS showroom will showcase the company’s extensive portfolio of furnishings and workplace solutions while serving clients throughout the Southeast. Founded more than 85 years ago and headquartered in Huntingburg, Ind., OFS is a community-driven furniture manufacturer focused on corporate spaces. The arrival further strengthens Westside Paper’s growing collection of design, architecture and commercial real estate users, reinforcing the property’s appeal to companies serving the built environment.

Opening July 24, Omma represents the next concept from the team behind MidCity, one of Atlanta’s best-known cocktail destinations. The restaurant expands upon MidCity’s acclaimed beverage program with a globally inspired menu focused on clean flavors, thoughtful ingredients and a contemporary approach to dining. Omma will also feature an immersive music program designed to complement the dining experience and further establish Westside Paper as a destination beyond the traditional workday.

Meanwhile, Padel Haus, Atlanta’s first dedicated padel club, is enclosing its six-court facility to create year-round indoor play. Located directly on the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Spur Trail, the approximately 24,500-square-foot club has quickly become one of Westside Paper’s signature lifestyle and wellness amenities, further strengthening the property’s mix of hospitality, recreation and workplace offerings.

Westside Paper has signed approximately 200,000 square feet of leases over the past two years as ownership has continued executing its mixed-use strategy. The property’s collection has helped distinguish it within Atlanta’s evolving office market, where companies increasingly seek workplaces that support employee recruitment, retention and engagement.

David Horne and Caroline Fisher of JLL lead office leasing for Westside Paper and OFS was represented by Cory Hall, Helen Kolker, David Rubenstein, Bo Keatley and John Flack with Savills.

Westside Paper is developed and owned by Westbridge and FCP.
