PROOF OF THE PUDDING ELEVATES ATLANTA’S SPECIAL EVENTS SCENE W/ NEW VENUE IN WESTSIDE PAPER

Proof of the Pudding, Atlanta’s largest caterer, has inked a long-term lease for a cutting-edge 13,000-square-foot event venue on the first floor of Westside Paper in West Midtown, Atlanta.

Known for its culinary innovation, elevated hospitality, service and unwavering commitment to quality, Proof of the Pudding, a Bruin Capital company, is creating a one-of-a-kind venue that promises an unparalleled social and corporate experience.

“This new venue, coming on the heels of our Southern Crust Catering Company acquisition, marks a significant step in our growth strategy,” said Adam Noyes, CEO of Proof of the Pudding. “This is just the beginning of exciting developments on the horizon.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Proof of the Pudding, a locally headquartered and nationally recognized hospitality leader, whose presence will enhance the vibrancy of Westside Paper and West Midtown,” said Chris Faussemagne, Westbridge. “We’re excited for people to see and experience this remarkable space as our team, including FCP and Bridger Properties, continues to build momentum and add best-in-class operators.”

Located at 950 West Marietta Street, Westside Paper is a repurposed 70-year-old warehouse reimagined by Westbridge and FCP®. With modern office and retail space in the heart of West Midtown, the mixed-use campus spans over 15 acres, combining historic charm with contemporary styling and creative design.

Flooded with natural light through its expansive glass and steel windows, it provides an ideal setting for meetings and socializing, both indoors and outdoors. It is home to craft beer tap room Elsewhere Brewing, Pancake Social, Bar Diver, an Asian seafood restaurant, El Santo Gallo, a traditional street taqueria and other top-flight Atlanta operators.

The partnership with Westside Paper aligns with Proof of the Pudding’s 45-year commitment to innovation and excellence. The new space is set to open its doors to galas, weddings and corporate events in late summer 2024.

Lee Cardwell of MCM Realty and Andrew Walker and Lauren Holmes of Colliers represented proof of the Pudding. Shelbi Bodner of Bridger Properties represented Westside Paper.
