Accenture (NYSE:ACN) is expanding in Nashville, leasing 36,400 square feet of creative office space in Third & Urban and FCP’s Sylvan Supply. The company will also add 165 technology jobs.

Sylvan Supply has a total of 135,000 square feet of class-A office space, as well as over 32,000 square feet of curated dining, boutique fitness and other retail uses. The adaptive re-use development features a variety of large, open plans uniquely designed to optimize layouts and maximize natural light.
The open-air corridors and terraces connecting the six buildings that formerly made up Madison Mill, provide integrated, outdoor workspaces for tenants designed to foster a collaborative and active workplace.
