Will Metzfield is responsible for the oversight and execution of business plans across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. In his role, he leads asset‑level strategy, operational execution, and value‑creation initiatives to maximize performance across the firm’s investments nationwide.
Prior to focusing on FCP’s multifamily portfolio, Mr. Metzfield spent over six years underwriting, closing, and managing the firm’s commercial investments and development projects nationwide.
Before joining FCP, Mr. Metzfield worked as a Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group within the firm’s Corporate & Investment Banking platform, where he was involved in the underwriting, structuring, and origination of construction, term, bridge, and permanent financing across a broad range of property types. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
