Jason Bonderenko specializes in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of the firm’s apartment properties. Since joining FCP 17 years ago, he has been involved with acquiring or investing in approximately 41,000 apartments valued at over $6.0 billion as well as with the investing of all six of FCP’s real estate funds. Mr. Bonderenko serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Bonderenko worked with the Capital Markets group of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) where he was involved with financing $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bonderenko began his career with a mortgage REIT where he focused on the asset management of lender-owned commercial real estate and non-performing commercial real estate loans. Mr. Bonderenko is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and a graduate of Ithaca College, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics.
