Federal Capital Partners (FCP) has announced the appointment of Alec Rife as Assistant Controller and Erik S. Weinberg as Senior Associate – Commercial Acquisitions.

Alec Rife is responsible for fund-related accounting and provides accounting support for FCP’s investor clients. Before joining FCP, Mr. Rife served as an Accounting Manager at Combined Properties Incorporated. Mr. Rife is a Certified Public Accountant candidate.

Erik Weinberg focuses on the acquisition of new office, retail, and industrial investments. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Weinberg was a Senior Associate with CW Capital, where he was responsible for negotiating, modeling and closing workouts and/or dispositions of distressed commercial mortgage loans and properties aggregating in excess of $3 billion. Prior to joining CW Capital, Mr. Weinberg was an Associate within the Capital Markets Group at Cassidy Turley in Washington, DC. Mr. Weinberg began his career as a Senior Financial Analyst at BearingPoint, Inc. in its Financial Services Group.
