Federal Capital Partners (FCP) has announced the appointment of four senior managers as the company adds depth to its financial and asset management groups.
Wade Casstevens joins FCP as Vice President – Residential Acquisitions, joining the company’s residential investment team and focusing on the firm’s investments in residential development opportunities. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Casstevens was a Development Director for Post Properties where he entitled, planned and developed $250 million of mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to Post Properties, he worked at Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage where he financed over $500 million of commercial properties.
Summer Kassir Haltli has joined FCP as an Associate and will be responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP’s investments. Ms. Haltli joins FCP from Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel where she was responsible for the portfolio management of more than $400 million in commercial assets throughout the country. Prior experience includes work as a financial analyst with Jones Lange LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group and as a consultant in the firm’s Public Institutions Group where she conducted development analysis for a number of federal agencies.
Drew Odabashian has joined FCP as an Associate in commercial acquisitions. With eight years of experience in real estate investment, Mr. Odabashian is responsible for new office and industrial investments at FCP. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Odabashian worked as an Associate in the Acquisitions & Investment Management Group of Monday Properties’ New York office, where he focused on new investments, asset management, and market research. Prior to Monday Properties, Mr. Odabashian worked at LaSalle Investment Management in Baltimore, Germany and New York where he held a number of positions focused on direct real estate acquisitions and related investments.
Will Simpson joins FCP as an Analyst and is responsible for commercial and residential acquisitions at FCP. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Simpson worked as a Senior Analyst at Cassidy Turley’s Washington, DC office where he focused on economic analysis, market research and investment sales.
