FCP® Vice President for Portfolio Management & Investor Relations, Moriah Thomas Parker, has been selected to serve as a mentor for the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI’s) Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Virginia inaugural cohort program for career development for women of color. As a mentor during 2021, Ms. Thomas Parker will provide career advice and professional guidance with each mentee monthly throughout the year and will serve as a resource for their capstone project.

The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was established in 2011 as a global program of the Urban Land Institute. Today it has an active global Steering Committee in addition to 40+ chapters in 8 countries around the world. The global WLI leaders support local programming and initiatives, helping to increase both the number and visibility of more women leaders throughout ULI’s vast network.
