FCP® Vice President for Portfolio Management & Investor Relations, Moriah Thomas Parker, has been selected to serve as a mentor for the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI’s) Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Virginia inaugural cohort program for career development for women of color. As a mentor during 2021, Ms. Thomas Parker will provide career advice and professional guidance with each mentee monthly throughout the year and will serve as a resource for their capstone project.

The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was established in 2011 as a global program of the Urban Land Institute. Today it has an active global Steering Committee in addition to 40+ chapters in 8 countries around the world. The global WLI leaders support local programming and initiatives, helping to increase both the number and visibility of more women leaders throughout ULI’s vast network. Established in 1936, ULI today has more than 46,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of the land use and development disciplines.
