Lollie Loflin is an Asset Manager overseeing FCP’s multifamily portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic and Phoenix. In her role, she is responsible for executing the business plan, financial analysis and reporting, dispositions, and refinances as well as developing operational strategies to maximize performance for FCP’s investments. Before joining FCP, Lollie worked at Amherst Capital Management in their CRE lending group where she managed the performance of all loans in the portfolio. Prior to joining Amherst, Lollie worked in the accounting department at JBG Smith. Lollie began her career in EY’s audit practice where she focused on REITs. Lollie is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Georgia and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
