Christopher LoSapio oversees the team that is responsible for the execution of multifamily asset business plans at FCP. He leads the asset management operational strategy and technology initiatives for FCP’s real estate assets. He also oversees the firm’s in-house construction activities. Prior to FCP, Mr. LoSapio worked at CW Capital where he co-managed operations for a portfolio of REO multifamily assets across the continental US. He has broad experience across asset classes in multifamily, self-storage, office, re-development, historic tax credits and manufactured housing. He started his career at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly NKF). Mr. LoSapio received his MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
