FCP’S BRIAN EDMONDS, HECTOR MENDOZA SPEAKING AT IMN 8th ANNUAL MIDDLE-MARKET MULTIFAMILY FORUM (SOUTHEAST) MAY 7-8, 2024


FCP® Associate – Asset Management, Brian Edmonds, and Associate – Asset Management, Hector Mendoza will take part in the upcoming IMN 8th Annual Middle-Market Multifamily Forum (Southeast) to be held on May 7-8, 2024, at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park in Atlanta, GA.

Edmonds will bring the firm’s asset management expertise to bear while participating in the Centralization vs. Regional; 3rd-Party Management vs. Taking Management In-House panel while Mendoza will participate in the investment-focused Local Market Update: What Are You Seeing in the Southeast? panel.

Brian Edmonds is a member of FCP’s Asset Management team and is responsible for the execution of business plans for FCP’s residential investments in Georgia and South Florida. Brian also leads the Real Estate Tax efforts for FCP’s Asset Management Team. Prior to joining FCP, Brian was a Senior Asset Manager for Lincoln Property Company where he was responsible for the implementation and execution of business plans for Lincoln’s Mid-Atlantic Military Housing portfolio. Brian graduated from Washington and Lee University where he earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce.

Hector Mendoza is a member of FCP’s Asset Management team, providing analytical support in managing FCP’s residential investments across Georgia and Tennessee. Prior to joining FCP, he worked with the Real Estate Division at Pacolet Milliken, LLC. Hector began his real estate career with Colliers, where he provided brokerage services to regional and institutional owners and tenants. Hector is based out of FCP’s Atlanta office and is an active member of ULI Atlanta. Hector earned his B.A. from Clemson University and holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
