FCPSM is pleased to welcome Brian Cohn as Director of IT and Chris Posluszny as an Associate in Asset Management.

Brian Cohn has joined FCP as the new Director of Information and Technology (IT), where he will manage FCP’s growing IT, data and reporting demands. Additionally, he will be responsible for FCP’s cybersecurity and infrastructure capabilities. Mr. Cohn previously served as a senior manager at Capital One Bank, where he was responsible for Fraud and Customer Security Technologies. He recently returned from Recife, Brazil, where he provided pro-bono mentorship and consulting to Brazilian non-profits and startup companies. Prior to Capital One, Mr. Cohn was a manager at FI Consulting. He received his MBA with a specialization in Finance and Strategy from Georgetown University and earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chris Posluszny is responsible for implementation of business plans, financial analysis and operational strategies for FCP investments. Before joining FCP, Mr. Posluszny was an asset manager at the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions, where he oversaw the operations and financial performance of a section of the Foundation’s multifamily portfolio. He began his career as an associate in KPMG LLP’s commercial audit practice. Mr. Posluszny is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is currently earning his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins and plans to graduate in the spring of 2019.
