The 217-unit apartment community is located within the densely populated Decatur submarket surrounded by established residential neighborhoods and proximate to downtown Decatur, Midtown and Buckhead.
FCP recapitalized a prior partnership involving Croatan Investments in April 2016. In the past two years, the ownership group completed extensive renovations to individual units along with improvements to the building exteriors, common areas and community amenities.
