Atlanta (March 26, 2024) – Westside Paper, the repurposed paper manufacturing campus in West Midtown, Atlanta, will be home to a new multi-product design center for Construction Resources.
The fast-growing company is a one-stop resource with an unmatched line of products and industry expertise serving builders, designers, remodelers, general contractors, property managers and homeowners. It offers the most in demand design-centric surfaces, appliances and architectural products including countertops, flooring, lighting, decorative plumbing, fireplaces and garage doors.
The new design center will be the first location to encompass all its products in a single location. It is expected to open in early 2025.

Westside Paper will foster an immersive experience for professional contractors and designers, enabling them to see and select the most sought after products.
Westbridge and FCP® reimagined the 70-year-old former paper manufacturing plant located at 950 West Marietta Street.
In addition to Construction Resources, the development partners recently announced that Proof of the Pudding, Atlanta’s largest catering company, has signed a long-term lease for a state-of-the-art event venue, underscoring the project’s adaptability.
Located on the under-construction Atlanta BeltLine Northwest Spur, Westside Paper also boasts a vibrant ecosystem of culinary and social offerings. From craft beer taprooms to artisanal eateries, it has purposefully cultivated an environment where professionals can gather and collaborate.
