Liz Koteles, located in FCP’s Atlanta, GA office, leads the firm’s commercial efforts in the Southeast. She focuses on sourcing, structuring, and executing commercial investments and developments throughout several current and expansion markets. Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Koteles was a top producer at JLL, where she represented a variety of ownership groups for their leasing needs across Atlanta. Prior to JLL, Ms. Koteles was a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Novelis, Inc., an $11 billion aluminum manufacturer. Ms. Koteles began her career in investment banking with VRA Partners focusing on M&A and private placement advisory services. Ms. Koteles graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. Ms. Koteles is an active member of NAIOP and ULI.
