Brian Edmonds is a member of FCP’s Asset Management team and is responsible for the execution of business plans for FCP’s residential assets in the Southeast Portfolio. Brian also leads the Real Estate Tax efforts for FCP’s Asset Management Team.
Prior to joining FCP, Brian was a Senior Asset Manager for Lincoln Property Company where he was responsible for the implementation and execution of business plans for LPC’s 6,500 unit Mid-Atlantic Military Housing portfolio. Brian graduated from Washington and Lee University where he earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce.
