Who We Are

Federal Capital Partners is a real estate investment company focused on the Mid-Atlantic region. Since its inception in 1999, FCP has invested in or financed more than $3 billion in assets. FCP currently manages $769 million of discretionary capital.
 
FCP professionals have extensive real estate and institutional equity backgrounds. This blend of operational and financial skill brings balance and discipline to our investment practices, as well as transparency to our investors.  
 
We own and operate our own real estate. We also invest with best-in-class operating partners through joint venture equity investments and mezzanine loans.  
 
Our focus is on multifamily, office, retail, industrial, manufactured housing, self-storage and mixed use properties located in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Delaware.  
 
FCP is based in Chevy Chase, MD and has an office in Raleigh, NC.
