Jonathan Coldicott
Analyst - Asset Management

Jon Coldicott provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Mr. Coldicott graduated from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business where he earned his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.


Summer Kassir Haltli
Vice President - Asset Management

Summer Haltli is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's investments.

Ms. Haltli joins FCP from Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel where she was responsible for the portfolio management of more than $400 million in commercial assets throughout the country. Prior experience includes work as a financial analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group and as a consultant in the firm's Public Institutions Group where she conducted development analysis for a number of federal agencies. Ms. Haltli received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.


Camille A. Harry
Analyst - Asset Management

Camille Harry provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Ms. Harry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School where she earned her BS in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in Real Estate Finance.


Allie Herold
Construction Administrator

Allie Herold is responsible for oversight and coordination of accounting and project tracking for the FCP Construction Management team. Prior to FCP, Ms. Herold worked at AvalonBay Communities. Ms. Herold received her BS from James Madison University.


Sarah Jane Hubbard
Vice President - Commercial Asset Management

Sarah Hubbard is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's commercial investments. 

Ms. Hubbard joins FCP from Skanska USA Commercial Development where she managed the leasing and marketing efforts for over 1,000,000 SF of office/retail in the Washington, DC region. Prior to Skanska, she was an Assistant Vice President and Development Manager at Lowe Enterprises, overseeing nearly $1 billion worth of development and renovation projects in Washington, DC. Prior experience includes work at Cushman & Wakefield and Spaulding & Slye Colliers (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in marketing and business development roles.

Ms. Hubbard received both a BS in Marketing/Finance and a BArch from Virginia Tech.


Nason Khomassi
Associate - Asset Management

Nason Khomassi is responsible for implementing business plans and conducting financial analysis and development strategies for FCP assets.

Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Khomassi worked for a Las Vegas real estate investment firm and later founded his own company, which focused on triple net retail development, raw land investment, and syndication. Mr. Khomassi received a MS degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA degree from the University of Virginia.


Christopher LoSapio
Director - Asset Management

Christopher LoSapio is the Director of Asset Management for FCP, overseeing the team that is responsible for the execution of multifamily asset business plans. He leads the asset management operational strategy at FCP real estate assets and also oversees the team responsible for the firm's in-house construction activities.

Prior to FCP, Mr. LoSapio worked at CW Capital where he co-managed operations for a portfolio of REO multi-family assets across the continental US. He has broad experience across asset classes in multifamily, self-storage, office, re-development, historic tax credits and manufactured housing. He started his career at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly NKF).  Mr. LoSapio received his MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University.


Hays Meyer
Analyst - Asset Management

Hays Meyer provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Mr. Meyer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School where he earned his BS in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in Real Estate Finance.


Scott Reibstein
Analyst - Asset Management

Scott Reibstein is responsible for analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Mr. Reibstein graduated from The George Washington University, receiving a BA in Economics.


Doug Rigler
Vice President - Construction

Doug Rigler is responsible for overseeing the planning, site design and cost estimation for the company’s projects.  

Before joining FCP, Mr. Rigler worked as an Associate at Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership where he worked on several major projects, including Duke University's CIEMAS building and Johns Hopkins Hospital's replacement facility in downtown Baltimore. Before joining ZGF, Mr. Rigler worked at Donnally Lederer Vujcic, LLC and as an architect at Oudens + Knoop, PC. Mr. Rigler received his AB (Architecture) from Columbia University.


Jeff Robertson
Senior Associate - Asset Management

Jeff Robertson is responsible for implementation of business plans, financial analysis and operational strategies for FCP's investments.

Before joining FCP, Mr. Robertson was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, where he performed real estate valuations for billions of dollars of commercial real estate assets in the United States and abroad. While at Deloitte, he serviced clients such as real estate investment trusts, large manufacturing corporations, national healthcare providers, and other owners of large real estate portfolios. Mr. Robertson began his career with a real estate investment firm focusing on distressed and foreclosed residential properties in central Virginia. Mr. Robertson attended the University of Virginia, where he received a BA in Economics and History.
