Summer Kassir Haltli
Vice President - Asset Management

Summer Haltli is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's investments.

Ms. Haltli joins FCP from Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel where she was responsible for the portfolio management of more than $400 million in commercial assets throughout the country. Prior experience includes work as a financial analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group and as a consultant in the firm's Public Institutions Group where she conducted development analysis for a number of federal agencies. Ms. Haltli received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.


Camille A. Harry
Analyst - Asset Management

Camille Harry provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Ms. Harry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School where she earned her BS in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in Real Estate Finance.


Owen Hoagland
Analyst - Asset Management

Owen Hoagland provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments

Mr. Hoagland graduated from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business where he earned a BS in Finance.


Sarah Jane Hubbard
Vice President - Commercial Asset Management

Sarah Hubbard is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's commercial investments. 

Ms. Hubbard joins FCP from Skanska USA Commercial Development where she managed the leasing and marketing efforts for over 1,000,000 SF of office/retail in the Washington, DC region. Prior to Skanska, she was an Assistant Vice President and Development Manager at Lowe Enterprises, overseeing nearly $1 billion worth of development and renovation projects in Washington, DC. Prior experience includes work at Cushman & Wakefield and Spaulding & Slye Colliers (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in marketing and business development roles.

Ms. Hubbard received both a BS in Marketing/Finance and a BArch from Virginia Tech.


Christopher LoSapio
Senior Vice President - Asset Management

Christopher LoSapio is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for FCP, overseeing the team that is responsible for the execution of multifamily asset business plans. He leads the asset management operational strategy at FCP real estate assets and also oversees the team responsible for the firm's in-house construction activities.

Prior to FCP, Mr. LoSapio worked at CW Capital where he co-managed operations for a portfolio of REO multi-family assets across the continental US. He has broad experience across asset classes in multifamily, self-storage, office, re-development, historic tax credits and manufactured housing. He started his career at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly NKF).  Mr. LoSapio received his MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University.


Hays Meyer
Analyst - Asset Management

Hays Meyer provides analytical support in managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.

Mr. Meyer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School where he earned his BS in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in Real Estate Finance.


Chris Posluszny
Associate - Asset Management

Chris Posluszny is responsible for implementation of business plans, financial analysis and operational strategies for FCP's investments.

Before joining FCP, Mr.  Posluszny was an asset manager at the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions, where he oversaw the operations and financial performance of a section of the Foundation's multifamily portfolio. Mr. Posluszny began his career as an associate in KPMG LLP's commercial audit practice. Mr. Posluszny is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is currently earning his MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins and plans to graduate in the spring of 2019.


John Ramirez
Analyst - Asset Management

John Ramirez provides analytical support managing FCP's residential and commercial acquisitions and developments.  Mr. Ramirez graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School where he earned his BS in Business Administration.


Jeff Robertson
Vice President - Asset Management

Jeff Robertson is responsible for implementation of business plans, financial analysis and operational strategies for FCP's investments.

Before joining FCP, Mr. Robertson was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, where he performed real estate valuations for billions of dollars of commercial real estate assets in the United States and abroad. While at Deloitte, he serviced clients such as real estate investment trusts, large manufacturing corporations, national healthcare providers, and other owners of large real estate portfolios. Mr. Robertson began his career with a real estate investment firm focusing on distressed and foreclosed residential properties in central Virginia. Mr. Robertson attended the University of Virginia, where he received a BA in Economics and History.
