  • $18 million equity and mezzanine loan to convert Class C office to Class A multifamily
  • $29.5 million JV equity  investment in a portfolio of manufactured home communities
  • $22 million second deed of trust for construction of new condominiums
  • $60 million B-note purchase secured by Class B apartment community
  • $77 million foreclosure purchase of broken condominium for conversion to apartments
